Pay As You Go Print is a managed print solution that’s kind to the environment, flexible, easy and transparent to use.
Businesses often talk about no contracts and no hidden fees or costs. With us this is absolutely what you get. We don’t have contracts, just a simple printing agreement, a lifetime warranty and no minimum monthly spend. Just pay for what you print.
With a range of 10 printers and photocopiers over the mono and colour configurations, we have machines to suit all business needs. Whether you’re looking for a simple desktop model or a standalone machine with all the bells and whistles, we’re confident we can help.
SUPPLIER AGREEMENT
One supplier agreement, everything is included
Our pay as you go print agreements are based on estimated print volumes, with charges calculated on a sliding scale. Choose a printing plan and that’s all you will pay – month after month until you decide to end our agreement or you need to upgrade or downgrade your printer.
To reduce complexity, all hardware, software, installation, maintenance, parts and consumables are included in your printing plan. The only time we reserve the right to charge extra is for damage through misuse, fire or theft, loss of toner, parts or hardware that has been delivered and signed for.
